This Privacy Policy describes how Stashlete, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) collects, uses, protects, and discloses personal information from:
- Websites operated by us that link to this Privacy Policy, including, but not limited to, https://www.stashlete.com/ (the “Websites”); and
- Electronic communications, including, but not limited to, email and text message, from or to us (the “Electronic Communications”)
Together, these are referred to herein as the "Services."
References to “you” or “your” in this Privacy Policy include both individuals and, where applicable, third parties or employers you may be acting on behalf of. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice. The most recent version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Services following any changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy. Please review it periodically.
Information You Provide or That We Collect About You:
“Personal Information” is information that identifies or may be used reasonably capable of identifying, directly or indirectly identify, an individual. Personal information does not include:
- Publicly available information from government records.
- De-identified or aggregated consumer information.
We collect several types of information, including:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, mailing address, phone number
- Donation and Payment Information: Credit card number, billing address, financial account info from connected accounts
- Device & Internet Data: Device model, IP address, cookies, beacons, pixel tags, ad identifiers, unique IDs
- Usage Data: Search history, interaction data, crash logs, diagnostic info, and online behavior
- Online Activity Information: Pages viewed, features used, time spent, links clicked, cart contents, etc.
Transaction Data – Olive Program Integration
If you choose to participate in our Round-Up Program, supported by Olive Group Ltd. (“Program Vendor”), and enroll an Eligible Card (i.e. Visa or Mastercard), you will be asked to consent to transaction monitoring by the respective Card Network. With your consent:
- The Card Network will share specific transaction data with us and the Program Vendor.
- This Transaction Data includes the date, time, amount, merchant category, and merchant name.
- A secure token (unique identifier) representing your enrolled card is used — your actual credit card number is never shared with us, Olive, or our Partners.
- After enrollment, your Transaction Data and the token are shared between us, the Program Vendor, and the Card Network.
This data is used solely to:
- Calculate round-ups on eligible purchases
- Enable and calculate card-linked offers and cashback rewards
- Identify offers that may interest you based on location
- Calculate matching amounts for nonprofit matching partners
- Send you program notifications
- Report aggregated offer performance to participating merchants
You may revoke consent at any time by going to your account settings and removing your enrolled card. No additional Personal Information is shared with these third parties without your explicit consent.
Information We Collect Automatically
We and our service providers may collect additional Personal Information automatically through the Services. This includes:
- Device and browser details (e.g., IP address, OS, time zone)
- Browsing behavior and performance data
- Interactions with pages, links, or features

Information from Third Parties
We may receive Personal Information about you from:
- Third-party providers (e.g., login/authentication platforms, marketing tools)
- Partners and sponsors (e.g., engagement with offers or campaigns)

SMS and Mobile Communication
By creating an account, you consent to receive both automated and non-automated text messages related to your account. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (except for messages related to account security). Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
If your phone number changes, update your account promptly to avoid misdirected messages.
How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose your information to the following parties:
- Affiliates and Subsidiaries: For internal business and support purposes
- Service Providers: For tasks such as payment processing, analytics, hosting, and customer support

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Information. However, no system is 100% secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Children Under Age 13
Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we discover such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
California “Shine the Light”
California residents may request, once per year, a list of third parties to whom we disclosed Personal Information for direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year.
